METC19 Directions & Travel Information
If you are an Embassy Suites Hotel guest use your hotel room key card to enter the gated section of the parking lot. For other conference attendees there is general parking behind the St. Charles Convention Center (SCCC).
The local airport is St. Louis Lambert International Airport. There are no complimentary shuttles from the airport to the hotels surrounding the SCCC. Rental Car Information can be found at on the St. Louis Airport Transportation website. Taxis are also available outside of each Terminal on the lower level near baggage claim. For Terminal 1 exit door 14. For Terminal 2 exit door 12.
Directions from the Airport
To the Embassy Suites
(Connected to the St. Charles Convention Center)
Take I-70 West from the airport. From I-70 take the 5th Street South Exit (Exit 229A). Make a right onto Veterans Memorial Parkway. The Embassy Suites is .5 mile ahead on the left at 2 Convention Center Plaza.
NOTE: If you are staying at the Embassy Suites there is a hotel shuttle that will service a 3 mile radius, this includes downtown St. Charles and the two nearby casinos. It is a 9 person van and is first come first serve. Check with the front desk on availability. The hours of the shuttle are 7:00 a.m. - 10:45 p.m.
To the Fairfield Inn
(One 1 block away from the St. Charles Convention Center)
Take I-70 West from the airport. From I-70 take the 5th Street South Exit (Exit 229A). Make a right onto Veterans Memorial Parkway. Turn left on Fairlane Road.
To the St. Charles Convention Center
