METC On Demand FAQ


Q: Where can I access the sessions for METC On Demand?

A: All-Access Pass and Weekly Series registrants can access the sessions on the EducationPlus Learning Portal. Individual Session participants will receive a Zoom link 24 hours before the session will begin. 

Q: What is my login for the EducationPlus Learning Portal? 

A: Your login should be your first initial and last name, e.g. John Smith = jsmith. 
If you have an existing myedplus account and cannot remember your login information, please email METChelp@edplus.org.

Q: How long will content be available to access?

A: All content from the METC On Demand series will be available in the EducationPlus Learning Portal until Sunday, April 18, 2021.

Q: How can I upgrade to an All-Access Pass? 

A: Contact METChelp@edplus.org to upgrade your Weekly Series or Individual Session registration to an All-Access Pass.

Q: Who do I contact if I have a question or issues accessing the content?

A: If you have questions or are experiencing any technical difficulties accessing METC On Demand sessions, please contact METChelp@edplus.org. There will also be a Zoom Help Desk available during the live sessions, which can be accessed here

Q: How do I access the EducationPlus Learning Portal? 

A: Access the EducationPlus Learning Portal at myedplus.org.
