Come learn how to create engaging lessons and assessments in order to create a student friendly, technology revolution in your own classroom! This session will show how to weave budget friendly audio and video alternatives into your teaching. We will look at using tools accessible to you on the web, alternative software options, and different ways to implement lessons and assessments into your own teaching, including online audio/video recorders and editor software. Examples include Vocaroo, SoundCloud, YouTube, TwistedWave, Google Apps, Castify and more. No matter the device, including Chromebooks, this session is for you. During the session, you will evolve through thinking of different ways to use the tools and rethink assessment options for your students.
