Become a sponsor at a general level or sponsor a specific aspect of the conference! All sponsors are listed on the Sponsor List as well as the print program book.

School-based Sponsorships

Teacher Scholarships ($250 per scholarship, multiple scholarships needed)
Recognized on the teacher's conference name badge, on exhibit booth sign (if applicable), conference program and website.

NEW FOR 2017! - ShowMe Student Innovation SHOWcase ($200 - 5 Opportunities)  *Previously Show-Me a Movie Contest
The ShowMe Student Innovation SHOWcase was created to give K-12 students a way to show their projects. Sponsor recognition will be included on signage for the SHOWcase as well as the program book and website.  The 5 categories will be:

SHOW-me a Podcast - A 2 Minute Auditory Podcast

SHOW-me a Movie -     A 2 Minute digital movie

SHOW-me Coding -     Anything built with Code

SHOW-me Tech/Art -   3-D printing, Digital Art

SHOW-me Maker -      A project, prototype, or idea developed in a makerspace

 

Conference Enhancement Sponsorships

Conference Tote Bag Sponsor ($1,000)
Sponsor the Conference Tote Bag!  Bag Sponsors will be provided the opportunity to place an item in or on the conference tote.  Please contact McKinna Allen, Special Programs Coordinator at mallen@edplus.org or 314-692-1250 with questions.

Leadership Luncheon Sponsor ($3,000)

Sponsor the Leadership Luncheon held on Tuesday, February 14.  Attendees are school and district leaders including administrators.  The sponsor is recognized during the Luncheon and in the conference program and website.  Sponsors will also have the opportunity to briefly speak on their organization prior to the lunch.  A sign will also be displayed outside of the room indicating the sponsorship.

Sponsor the speaker for our Leadership luncheon held on Tuesday, February 14. Attendees are school and district leaders including administrators.  The sponsor is recognized during the Luncheon and in the conference program and website.  Sponsors will also have the opportunity to briefly speak on their organization and introduce the speaker.

Library & Media Literacy Luncheon Sponsor ($3,000)

Sponsor the Library & Media Literacy Luncheon held on Wednesday, February 15.  Attendees are Library & Media Specialists, librarians and teachers.  The sponsor is recognized during the Luncheon and in the conference program and website.  Sponsors will also have the opportunity to briefly speak on their organization prior to the lunch.  A sign will also be displayed outside of the room indicating the sponsorship.


Library & Media Literacy Luncheon Speaker Sponsor ($2,000)
Sponsor the speaker for our Library & Media Literacy Luncheon held on Wednesday, February 15. Attendees are Library and Media Specialists, librarians and teachers. The sponsor is recognized during the Luncheon and in the conference program and website.  Sponsors will also have the opportunity to briefly speak on their organization and introduce the speaker.

Charging Lounge Sponsorship
 ($2,000)
Recognition given at the charging lounge location and in the conference program and website.

Lanyard Sponsorship (Full sponsorship cost approximately $2,500)
The logo of your company will be printed on lanyards given to each attendee.

Prize Package Sponsor ($600)
This targets winners of the interactive conference game, Tuesday evening METC17 Reception game (held in the exhibit hall) and evaluation drawing.  Winners select a Prize Package valued up to $200. Sponsor recognition will be given in the conference program and website.

Afternoon Break Sponsor ($800, 2 available)
Companies can sponsor the METC afternoon beverage and snack break for one or both conference days. Recognition will be given at the break location and in the conference program and website.

Morning Coffee Sponsor ($500+, 2 available)
Special recognition will be given at the morning coffee station directly outside of the Grand Ballrooms where keynote presentations are located. Sponsors are also recognized in the conference program and website.
