2018 Exhibitor Presenter Information

Exhibitors can present at the 2018 METC Conference in two different ways.

*All exhibitors who present are required to host a booth in the exhibit hall.

1. 50 Minute Exhibitor Plus Educator Session - Available on a First Come, First Serve Basis 

(Session submission information due by September 6, 2017)

Note - Exhibitor Plus Educator sessions are presented in breakout rooms throughout the St. Charles Convention Center.  These sessions are first come, first serve.  The time, session description, and location information is listed in the printed session grid, the online searchable conference program and the conference mobile app.

  • General Info: 50 minute general session. An educator who is currently in the classroom must be the primary presenter. Former and/or retired educators are not eligible. The educator must be registered in order to present. Exhibitor Plus Educator sessions go through the same scoring process as the general conference sessions. 
  • How to Submit Your Proposal: Submit a proposal to present a 50 minute Exhibitor Plus Educator session during the general conference through the Call for Proposals submission page.
  • Due Date: Proposals due by September 6, 2017
  • Cost: $200 (in addition to the booth fee)


2. 50 Minute Demo Session - Available on a First Come, First Serve Basis 

(Session Submission information due by December 1, 2017)

Note - Demo sessions are presented in breakout rooms throughout the St. Charles Convention Center.  These sessions are first come, first serve.  If you do not receive a demo slot you may have the option to present a poster session.  The time, session description, and location information is listed in the printed session grid, the online searchable conference program and the conference mobile app.

  • General Info: 50 minute Demo session. Allows the exhibitor to demo their product without the requirement of an educator as the primary presenter. 
  • How to Sign Up: Indicate on your exhibitor registration that you would like to present a Demo session. You will then be sent a link to submit your demo information. 
  • Due Date: Information due by December 1, 2017
  • Cost: $300 (in addition to the booth fee)
